Capital City Airport (CXY) Eliminates Landing Fee for Aircraft Less Than 5,000 Pounds
(New Cumberland, PA—March 25, 2019—The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority (SARAA), owner and operator of Capital City Airport (CXY) in New Cumberland, PA, has eliminated the landing fee charged to any itinerant aircraft using the airport weighing 5,000 pounds or less Maximum Gross Landed Weight.
“Taking this action provides operators of small aircraft the opportunity to use Capital City Airport more affordably,” said Timothy J. Edwards, SARAA Executive Director. “We look forward to seeing increased aircraft activity this summer benefitting regional pilots, airport tenants and the surrounding community.”
Landing fees do not apply to any aircraft based at Capital City Airport.
